Jun Chen, Ph.D. The current research interest is decentralized wastewater treatment process for the removal of emerging organic pollutants particularly antibiotics and ARGs. Dr. Chen obtained the B.Sc. from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2012 and got the Ph.D. from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017. The last five years, Dr. Chen has published more than 16 SCI papers (five of them were published as the first author) in various international peer-reviewed journals, such as Bioresource Technology, Science of the Total Environment, Environmental Science and Pollution Research, etc. Dr. Chen is currently hosting a post-doctoral fund, and has participated in more than 10 national and provincial projects. In addition, Dr. Chen accessed to the National Scholarship from Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in 2016 and Outstanding Graduate of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017.
